You will not be taking the payment unless you send the customer the payment link.


To transfer the customer to the payment portal follow the steps below. 

1. Place the customer on hold. 

2. Open line 2 and dial 25014. 

3. Wait till an agent answer the line before you transfer the customer.

4. Leave the customer's booking in the Open Queue for the payment portal agent. 

5. Provide the agent with the customer's name and the total to be taken from the credit card. 

6. Transfer the customer.
