When Booking On Sabre:
1. You are required to select seats upon booking.
Unless the seat map is not available or the customer advises otherwise please select seats. If you are unable to, please place a note in preferences.
2. Select you F1 key.
We are still receiving bookings where the F1 key was not clicked.
3. Place notes on payment details.
Ensure you place a note in customer comments on the method of payment used.
e.g. "points and cc for taxes" or " cc for taxes and points to purchased" or " cc for taxes"
4. Put clear notes in preferences.
Advise of FARE CLASS if a booking was done in Classic, Flex, or otherwise. When leaving a booking in Pending Queue, put the last day to ticket. For Eg: TICKET BY 10TH MAR BY 5PM. This can be found in Quotes on Sabre.
5. Advise of Variables.
If a customer is using 2 accounts please put a note in each account and put the Membership IDs etc. For Eg: TRAVELLING WITH TTPL000000.
6. Processing Fees.
If a booking is done for 3 passengers on 1 PNR using 2 different TTPL accounts, only 1 processing fee of 175TTD/30USD is charged.
If booking 3 passengers and 2 passengers are booked using points and 1 to be paid via Prism Travel, that is 175TTD/30USD for the 2 passengers on points and a separate 120TTD/20USD for the passengers at Prism Travel.
7. KT Tax exempt (Sabre Only)
When a senior TT passenger (over 60 years) travelling by themselves is departing from POS you exempt the KT taxes. If they are travelling with other passengers (adults or children), you do not exempt on Sabre but minus the $200 TTD senior tax from the original taxes in RMS and place a note in preferences. For Eg: PAX IS SENIOR WITH TT PASSPORT // KT TAXES EXEMPTED OR 200 MINUS FROM OG TAXES
