Understanding the redemption of points.

  • Points can only be redeemed for flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises or cashback.
  • These points are not exchangeable or transferable 
  • Points cannot be redeemed through any other airline or travel agency. Customers must contact us directly to redeem their points
  • With regards to flights, customers are responsible for the payment of all taxes and processing fees unless they opt to use points to cover taxes. They can also cover taxes using a combination of points and credit card
